"Baie des Plumes" has become a highlight of cultural life in Douarnenez and South Finistère in August. Supported in particular by the Region, the Département and the Centre National du Livre, it helps to strengthen Cornouaille's cultural offering alongside its other widely recognised tourist attractions.
