Ile Tristan, owned by the Conservatoire du Littoral, is open to the public free of charge at low tide. Access on foot. Dogs, picking and picnics are prohibited on the site. Smoking is prohibited on the site.

Crossing on foot is your responsibility.
Be extremely vigilant to rising water levels to avoid getting stuck on the island. Passage times may be shortened depending on weather conditions and wind strength. If there is water in the channel, the force of the currents will prevent you from crossing.
In the event of a problem, the Conservatoire du Littoral, which owns Île Tristan, and the town of Douarnenez, which manages the site, accept no liability.
