The ” Plage des sables blancs ” is a large beach.
It has a ” Tiralo ” amphibious wheelchair, enabling handicapped people to get into the sea; just ask at the Lifeguard Station.
Plage Saint Jean :
Saint Jean beach is a small family beach near Tréboul, and is easily accessible from the coastal path.

The Plage du Ris lies to the east of Douarnenez and at low tide offers a huge stretch of sand.
This beach is a huge draw for surfers and offers a picturesque view over the bay towards the town and the old port.
