Douarnenez Bay

What we call Douarnenez Bay includes Douarnenez town itself plus the neighbouring parishes of:  Le Juch, Kerlaz, Pouldergat and Poullan-sur-mer.

Land of the Penn Sardin between the Cap Sizun (on the west), the Crozon peninsula (on the north), the Glazik land (on the east). This is the name of the traditionnal headdresses that women used to wear. The coastline overlooks the Douarnenez bay. This bay which protects from storms.
