Concert by Ensemble Matheus x

Launched in 2025, the project was a great success with local residents and schoolchildren. Building on this success, the initiative is being repeated in 2026 with a new ambitious musical season, open to all and always accompanied by educational initiatives aimed at young people. The aim of this tour is to make classical music accessible to as many people as possible, by offering concerts of the highest artistic quality in the heart of the Finistère region. The concerts, lasting around 1 hour 15 minutes, feature between 8 and 10 artists and are open to all audiences. They take place in emblematic venues in the partner towns and offer the public the chance to discover or rediscover great works from the repertoire, performed by one of Europe's most renowned baroque ensembles. For this year's event, Ensemble Matheus is offering a powerful programme: Les Héroïnes de l'opéra (The Heroines of Opera). This programme illustrates the richness of the baroque and operatic repertoire, combining instrumental virtuosity, emotion and the great female figures of opera.
