Trail de la Salamandre - Pouldergat

This fourth edition will feature three circuits. 8/15/30 km and almost 1,200 runners are expected in the Pouldergat countryside. The 8km and 15km circuits are fully booked. There are still a few numbers left for the 30km. As well as increasing the distance from 26 to 30 km, the long circuit has been partly modified to allow you to discover some new and interesting places. It's always a good idea to do a bit of training beforehand! This is a more technical route, and the variety of sectors on offer will delight you. New for 2026 While we're waiting for the big boys to arrive, 3 races for the kids! Registration is free on Klikego and is compulsory (parental authorisation to be attached, a special T-shirt has been made for the occasion for children). Nearly 20 exhibitors will be on hand with local produce. Bread, cheese etc This year, at the end of the day, there will be a meal and an evening of dancing on reservation. Those who have booked their T-shirt and/or paid for their meal at the dance will get it back with their race number! Races 30 km: starts on Thursday 1 May at 8.30am from the municipal stadium 14 km: start on Thursday 1 May at 9.30am from the municipal stadium 8 km: start on Thursday 1 May at 9.50am from the municipal stadium Children's races : From 10.05am - 200m for children aged 5 to 7 (born between 2019 and 2021) From 10am - 800m for children aged 8 to 11 (born between 2015 and 2018) From 9.55am - 1000m for children aged 12 to 15 (born between 2011 and 2014) Protecting the environment Since January 2020, the use of plastic cups has been banned. All runners must bring their own cups for the refreshment areas. Runner's gift All major competitors will receive a local beverage specially concocted for the occasion by the Diaoul brewery. Changing rooms No changing rooms this year. A new large car park will be available close to the start. Withdrawal of race numbers Numbers can be collected on Thursday 30/04 from 5pm to 7pm or on 1 May from 7.30am at the Salle Polyvalente in Pouldergat.
